Excellent Customer Service

I bought this product 1 year ago and unluckily the lid was broken. I just asked if I could buy only the lid. Out of my expectation, they replaced a new one for me.

Carafe holds almost a whole pot. Left about half-full of coffee until next day and the coffee was still warm enough to drink.

Perfect size

My wife uses one carafe for flavored coffee. I use this one for regular coffee. It is the perfect size for what I make. It keeps the coffee very warm.

(UPDATED) It Doesn't Keep Beverages Hot For Long

UPDATE (11-OCT-2022): I was wrong. Not entirely sure what happened, but now it is working. Maybe the lid wasn't on tight? I do not know but now it is holding (test) hot water at above 120Ąă F (after adding it at 128Ąă F) for well over 10 hours. I would like to apologize for my original review and I am not ashamed to have egg on my face from time to time.Over the last 3 days, now, it has worked like a champ! Now I am actually in love with this product. It looks nice, works very well and has been keeping my coffee hot for at least 3 hours for a small batch. I cannot complain.I would like to say that while I understand how some people find this difficult to clean, it really isn't that bad. I use a soft foam glass brush with weak/mild soap solution and it cleans up easy enough. The lid itself looks hard to clean, but there is a small hole at the back of it that easily drains out water/soap used to clean it.Right now, I couldn't be happier with it.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------(ORIGINAL REVIEW): I bought this to keep French press coffee hot, but this container barely manages to keep the coffee hot for more than 30 minutes. From the first use to the last use, it's just not doing what I bought it for.Even when primed with hot water, it just won't keep things hot for long at all. Every cup after the first cup is lukewarm at the very best and downright cold at the worst. The coffee goes in around 180 degrees Fahrenheit.I can't recommend this product because it's not doing what it promised.
