Autumn in Coffee: Aftertaste the Flavors of Fall in the Coffee Drinks

It's the beginning of November and it's almost the end of autumn. If you fall for fall, coffee is probably a big part of the reason why. Nothing pairs better with chilly weather or day-old Halloween candy than fall coffee drinks. You are sure to taste a lot of delicious coffee this fall, and so am I. So I share a few of my fall coffee drink recipes with you below.

1. Salted caramel latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter or vegan butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup water
  • Espresso
  • Caramel drizzle (optional)

 Add cashews, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, salt, and water to the Nutr Machine. Pour the beverage into your favorite mug and add in espresso. Top with caramel drizzle, and enjoy your salted caramel latte!

2. Pumpkin pie latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin and sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat until steaming. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla and pie spice. Transfer to a blender; cover and process for 15 seconds or until foamy.
Pour into 2 mugs; add espresso. Garnish with whipped cream and spices if desired. 

3. Pumpkin spice frappuccino

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/8 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • Sweetened whipped cream and additional pumpkin pie spice, optiona

Make a pumpkin mixture with milk, pumpkin、sugar and pie spice. Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours. When he has cooled sufficiently, stir in the pumpkin and milk mixture into the ice cream and ice cubes. After blending until smooth you will have a Pumpkin spice frappuccino.
